PHBHA Introduction

Pine Harbour Berth Holders Association (Inc.) (PHBHA) is a newly formed group of Berth Holders (owners and renters), who have formed an Association with the intention of achieving the Objectives as listed. If you are interested in joining, please complete the automatic Membership Application below, or if you would like to learn more first, please feel free to contact any of the Committee members for a chat.

Once a Member, you will benefit from and have the ability to participate in exchanges of communication, and sharing of knowledge, through the Google Group forum.

Our Objectives

To promote and protect the interests of Pine Harbour Marina berth holders.

To initiate and maintain a positive communication channel via a Working Committee through which berth holders can liaise with Marina Management.

To promote safety and security of all vessels berthed in the Marina.

To encourage camaraderie between all occupants and associates of the Marina community.

To have an open forum through which members can share knowledge, request assistance and foster a strong community spirit.

Membership Types

1. Individual: Any individual who owns a berth licence in Pine Harbour Marina.

2. Joint: Any family, couple, partnership, corporate entity or Trust who owns a berth licence in Pine Harbour Marina

3. Associate: Any person, couple, family or partnership leasing or renting a berth in Pine Harbour Marina.

Note: To avoid any conflict of interest, you must not be anyone who is an officer, share- holder, or employee of the Marina owner, it’s subsidiary entities, and/or operating affiliates; or Trustees or assigns.
